Big321 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the big321 platform. By registering for or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out here. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the big321 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies referenced or incorporated herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and big321. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction, to use this platform.
- Your use of this platform is at your own risk and subject to the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Big321 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on big321. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. big321 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify big321 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
User Responsibilities
- You agree not to use this platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.
- You may not use automated software or tools (bots, scripts, or automated programs) to access or interact with the platform.
- You may not attempt to defraud, hack, or disrupt the systems or security of the big321 platform.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the laws of the country or region in which you reside.
3. Payment and Transaction Information
Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the big321 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX, TNG e-Wallet, and other local methods listed on the platform at the relevant time. big321 does not accept deposits in foreign currency without prior approved conversion.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to a fully completed identity verification (KYC) process. big321 reserves the right to withhold or suspend any withdrawal until identity verification is successfully completed. Processing times range from one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the chosen method and current workload.
Transaction Errors
- In the event of a transaction error — whether resulting in a credit excess or shortfall — big321 reserves the right to correct the error without prior notice.
- Funds credited as a result of a technical error or system vulnerability are not considered the user's property and must be returned upon request.
- All deposit and withdrawal transactions are final once confirmed, and users may not initiate any chargeback through a third party after a transaction has been completed.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Account Policies
Prohibited Conduct
Use of the big321 platform is subject to strict rules to ensure a fair and safe environment for all users. The following activities are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Fraud, identity misrepresentation, or providing false information during registration or in any section of the platform.
- Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through this platform.
- Using unauthorised, stolen, or third-party payment methods to make deposits.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions, including opening multiple accounts to repeatedly claim the same offer.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
Account Suspension and Closure
Big321 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for platform security reasons. Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited or reinstated subject to the outcome of big321's internal investigation. big321's decision in such matters is final.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The big321 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties. big321 accepts no liability for indirect losses, loss of profits, data loss, or business disruption arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, even if big321 has been advised of the possibility of such losses. big321's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the big321 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, databases, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of big321 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from big321.
Third-Party Links
The big321 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. Such links are provided solely for user convenience, and big321 has no control over the content of those websites. big321 is not responsible for the accuracy, security, or content of any third-party website and makes no warranties in relation to them. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Amendment of Terms
Big321 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within a reasonable period, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts in respect of any action or proceeding arising from the use of the big321 platform.
